Pool repair is in the works! Mike and Garrett did some trouble-shooting and found a few issues. Some could be fixed by Mike. A new pump was installed by an electrician. There are some leaks that Mike thinks he can fix provided the parts are available. Should be swimmable soon!
City of Medford Utility Rates: Beginning July 1, 2026, the monthly utility rate for single-family residential customers will increase from $76.53 to $85.91. Click here for more details. Adding this to news updates since we are all concerned about our monthly HOA fees.
