Pressure Point Roofing received the requested deposit today (9-22), and we are confirmed for maintenance inspection and moss treatment on October 19.
The crew plans to arrive as early as 7 am to set safety anchors and begin work. The inspection and moss treatment is expected to be completed same day.
If you have concerns about rooftop debris landing on your car, park elsewhere for the day. While they are careful to avoid material dropping from the roof, it cannot be guaranteed that nothing will come down over your car.
Those of you who have tenants should notify them directly.
The inspection report will be posted as soon as they complete it. This will be a big help in prioritizing repairs that we all need.
