We are preparing a budget for Capital Renewal projects for the upcoming 1 year/5 year forecast. In order to have the clearest picture of the outstanding deferred maintenance and repairs that are needed, we need to hear from you. Please send your common area maintenance repair needs to Contact@wildwood2association.com. Items to include are things like:
Siding, Fencing, Visible Dry Rot in eaves/rafters, Irrigation, Gutters, invasive or dangerous trees, curbs, insect or other pest infestation.
Obviously, we can’t tackle everything all at once and will have to triage urgent items. Please be detailed in your email and include photos if you can.
